2020-21: Named to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.
(2018 XC): Selected to the 2018 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Cross Country All-Academic Team ... competed in five events … placed ninth overall at the inaugural Howard Labor Day Classic 5K, posting a 18:23.04 mark … ran a season-best at the Mason Invitational, clocking in at 29:31.40.
(2017 XC): Took part in four races … ran a 17:44.3 time in his college debut at the DSU Hornet Invitational 5K … finished seventh overall at the DSU Alumni Cross Country Run 8K, registering a 28.17.2 mark.
Personal: Major in Civil Engineering … chose Howard University because of the environment and proximity to home … the people he most admires are his parents because of their work ethic and endless support … goals are to graduate and improve his running times … interests are video games, archery and ping pong … favorite food is seafood.
