Before Howard: Named to many Carifta teams, chosen by Bahamas Olympic Committee for Pan American Games, multiple podium appearances at Bahamas Nationals.

Personal: I’m from Nassau, The Bahamas. I like to play chess, listen to a lot of music, and play video games. I got into swimming because my family is a swimming family.
