(2018 XC): Selected to the 2019 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Cross Country All-Academic Team ...competed in all six events … placed 10
th overall at the inaugural Howard Labor Day Classic 5K, posting a 18:53.65 mark … ran a 30:21.00 time at the James Madison Invitational 8K.
High School: Named to the All-Regionals twice (2017, 2018) … selected to the All-Sectionals four times (2015-2018) … a Nationals Qualifier twice (2016, 2018).
