• Howard University students with valid identification receive free admission to volleyball and basketball games. Football tickets are distributed through HU Student Affairs.
• Youth Rate: 14 years of age and below
• Senior Rate: 65 years of age
• Everyone age four (4) years and older must have a ticket. Any child three (3) and under must sit in the lap of a parent or guardian and may not occupy a seat.

HU Ticket Office

The Howard University Ticket Office is located in Burr Gymnasium. Regular business hours are Tuesday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tickets may also be purchased directly from the Howard University Department of Athletics Office from Brandon Cates.

Gameday Hours
The ticket office and will call operations will open 60-minutes prior to the start of volleyball, basketball, and football.

Will Call
If requested, all ticket orders placed through the athletic ticket portal or by phone will be left at will call. A photo ID will be required to receive the tickets. Tickets cannot be left in will call under more than one name. Fans wishing to leave tickets for family and friends can do so at will call. The ticket office will not be responsible for any drop off will call that cannot be found. Will Call tickets may be picked up prior to the game day at the main ticket office Burr Gym during normal business hours. Will Call will open 60 minutes prior to game time on game days.
 
Mail
To receive tickets by mail, orders must be placed at least seven (7) business days prior to the game. Orders placed after the seven-day deadline will be placed at Will Call and can be picked up with a photo ID on or before the day of the game.
 
Group Tickets
HU offers special discounts for groups of 15 or more who are interested in attending an HU athletic event. If you are part of a company, organization, school, or other large groups, we invite you to join us for a fun group outing at one of our home games. Group ticketing prices are only available for football, basketball and volleyball.

Group tickets must be ordered in advance of the event and these prices are not available at the ticket window on the day of the game. Payment Methods

• The HU Athletics Ticket Office accepts checks, cash, or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) for all ticket orders.
• Only credit cards orders will be accepted over the phone or on-line. 
• Checks should be made payable to HU Athletics. Checks will not be taken as a form of payment on the day of the event.
• All orders will have a processing fee assessed.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

Lost Tickets
The HU Athletics Ticket Office is not responsible for any tickets that are lost.
 
As a service to our season ticket holders, duplicates may be obtained by contacting Brandon.Cates@howard.edu (202-250-5555 | brandon.cates@howard.edu). The season ticket holder must be present to have duplicate tickets issued. No third parties will be issued duplicates for someone else's season tickets.

Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted.

Delays
Tickets are still valid since the game is still in progress, just delayed. No refunds of tickets will be issued.

Re-Scheduled Games
Tickets are still valid and will be used for admittance once the new game date has been determined. No refunds will be issued.

Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued for season tickets. The season ticket price is less than the face value of individual game ticket prices, therefore no refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for complimentary tickets.
