2022-23 (Outdoor): MEAC Champion … made the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor All-Academic Team … earned All-MEAC Third Team honors after taking third place in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal best (59.69) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … ran a personal best (13.75) in the 100-meter hurdles in the MEAC Outdoor Championships preliminaries … was third in the 100-meter hurdles (13.64) at the Texas Relays (March 29-April 1) … ran a personal best (55.80) in the 400-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays (March 23-25) … took second in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.53) at the Charlote 49er Classic (March 16-18) …
 
2022-23 (Indoor): MEAC and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Champion … made the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor All-Academic Team … earned All-MEAC First Team honors after winning the 4x400 relay with a 3:39.24 mark … ran a personal best (7.82) at the Rod McCravy Memorial (Jan. 13-14) … was third in the 300-meter dash (40.95) at the VCU Rams Invite (Jan. 8).

2021-22 (Outdoor at Mississippi State): won the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.72) at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (April 2)... placed second in the 400-meter hurdles (1:00.51) at the Maroon and White Invite (April 29-30) to earn a new personal best.

2021-22 (Indoor at Mississippi State): finished in eleventh place at the Razorback Invitational (Jan. 28) in the 600-meter run, achieving a new personal best of 1:38.70 ... placed 52nd in the 400-meter dash at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 11) to earn a new personal best of 57.53.

2020-21 (Outdoor at Mississippi State): At the Florida Relays (April 3), she came in 19th in the 100-meter hurdles with a new best (14.10) ... came in sixth with a new personal-best (13.91) in the 100-meter hurdles at the War Eagle Invitational (April 17).

2020-21 (Indoor at Mississippi State): Finished fifth in the 60-meter hurdles final (8.82) at the USC Indoor Open (Feb. 13); as well as coming in third in the 4x400m relay (3:51.85).

2019-20 (Outdoor at Mississippi State): Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 (Indoor at Mississippi State): Placed second in the 4x400m Relay (3:53.65) at the UAB Blazer Invite (Feb. 20) ... placed first in the 4x400m relay (3:47.89) at the Power 5 Invitational (Jan. 31).

Academic Honors at Mississippi State: A Dean's Scholar in spring 2021 ... a three-time Bulldog Honor Roll member.

High School: Competed at Auburndale Senior High School … finished fifth in the 300m hurdles at the state championships as a senior where she also was part of the seventh-place 4x400m relay … was the state runner-up in the 300m hurdles in 2017 and placed fourth in the 100m hurdles … also competed in the high jump … was active in SGA.

Personal: Born Cathrina Abigail Morris on Aug. 13, 2001 to Art and Andrene Morris.
