2022-23 (Outdoor): Named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor All-Academic Team … won MEAC Track Athlete of the Week (April 19) … had four top ?ve ?nishes in the 110-meter hurdles …a two-time All-MEAC First Team selection after winning the 110-meter hurdles (13.43) and 4x100 relay (school record 40.00) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … ran a personal best (10.44) in the 100-meter dash at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … won the 110-meter hurdles (13.68) at the Charlote 49er Invite (March 16-18) … was second in the 110-meter hurdles at the UF Tom Jones Memorial (April 14-15) and Raleigh Relays (March 23-25), clocking in at 13.31 and 13.79, respectively … had a strong meet at the Bison Classic (April 8), winning the 4x100 relay (40.90) and finishing second (57.24) in the 400-meter dash.

Took first at the IC4A Championships (March 2) where he clocked in a finals time of 8.99.

High School: Attended Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, MD ... ran track for the Cavaliers under the direction of coach Andrew Witte ... helped lead the team to the 2013-14 & 2014-15 MIAA A Conference title ... was named to the All-County and All-MIAA A Team, while garnering inclusion on the First Team All-Metro, Second Team All-Metro squads during his high school career ... at the MIAA Championships on 1/29/16, ran a time of 7.49 in the 55m hurdles, setting a new meet record ... was a varsity football player as well, helping the team to a 8-3 record in 2015.
