2023 (Outdoor): Named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor All-Academic Team … earned All-MEAC Third Team honors after placing third in the 400-meter hurdles (53.89) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … made All-MEAC Third Team in the 4x400 relay after taking third overall (3:11.93) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … placed second in the 110-meter hurdles at the Morgan State Legacy (April 22) and Bison Classic (April 8), posting 13.94 and 14.11, respectively … was a member of the 4x100-meter relay team that ?nished third (43.33) at the Bison Classic … ran personal bests in the 400-meter hurdles (52.06) and 400-meter dash (48.05) during the Texas Relays (March 29-April 1) … opened the outdoor season by ?nishing second in the 400-meter hurdles (53.54) and 110-meter hurdles (14.29) at the Charlote 49er Classic (March 16-18).
 
2022-23 (Indoor): Named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor All-Academic Team … was third in the 60-meter hurdles (8.14) at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 4-5) … was second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.07) at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9) … placed third in the 60- meter hurdles (8.20) at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 20-21) … ran a personal best (7.27) in the 60-meter dash at the Rod McCravy Invite (Jan. 13-14) … was a member of the 4x400-meter relay (3:30.37) team that ?nished third at the VCU Rams Indoor Invite (Jan. 8).

2021-22: Selected to the 2022 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team ... named to the 2021-22 MEAC Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.

2021 (Outdoor): Opened the season at the Wendy’s Navy Seahawk Invitation with a 2nd place finish in the 110-meter hurdles (14.24) … Finished 28th overall in 110-meter hurdles prelim at the 2021 NCAA Division 1 East Preliminary Round with a time of 13.95. 

2020-21: Named to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.

2020 XC: Did not compete.

2019-20 (Indoor): Finished 3rd in the 60-meter hurdles at the HBCU Battle (8.08) … Competed in the 2019-20 MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Personal: Major is health science ... chosen Howard because he wanted to attend an HBCU ... plans to become a firefighter ... admires Beyonce because what she has done for the black community ... he is the CEO of kkashenteprise.
