2022-23 (Outdoor): MEAC Champion … named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor All-Academic Team … won MEAC Female Athlete of the Week twice (March 29 & April 5) … had four top ?ve ?nishes in the 400-meter hurdle races during the outdoor season … earned All-MEAC First Team honors after winning the 400-meter hurdles (57.23) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … made All-MEAC First Team after winning the 4x400 relay (3:33.86) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles with a personal best (11.60) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … won the 400-meter hurdles (56.58) at the Penn Relays (April 27-29) for the second consecutive year … was fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a new school record (55.81) at the UF Tom Jones Invite (April 14-15) … finished second in the 400-meter hurdles (55.98) and was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that was second (3:31.24) at the Texas Relays (March 29-April 1) … won the 400-meter dash (52.76) at the Raleigh Relays (March 23-25) … helped the 4x400-meter relay team ?nish second (3:35.24) at the Raleigh Relays … was third in the 100-meter hurdles (13.95) at the Charlote 49er Invite (March 16-18) … was a member of the 4x100-meter relay (46.72) and 4x400-meter relay (3:41.76) that ?nished second overall at the Charlote 49er Invite.
 
2022-23 (Indoor): MEAC and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Champion … named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor All-Academic Team … won MEAC Female Track Athlete of the Week twice (Jan. 18 & Jan. 25) … finished among the top ?ve in every 400-meter race during the indoor season … won the 400-meter dash (52.16) at the ECAC Indoor Championships (March 3-5) … member of the winning 4x400-meter relay team at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3:36.03) … a two-time All-MEAC First Team selection after winning the 400-meter dash (52.70) and 4x400 relay (3:39.24) at the MEAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19-21) … made the All-MEAC Third Team after placing third in the 200-meter dash (23.92) at the MEAC Indoor Championships … shined at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech (Feb. 3-4), winning the 200-meter dash (24.18), 400-meter dash (53.69) and helping the 4 x 400-meter relay team to victory (3:39.18) … won both 300-meter dash races at the Seahawk Shootout (Dec. 9) and HBCU/Ivy Challenge (Dec. 3), posting 38.20 and 38.06 (personal best), respectively … was second in the 400-meter dash at the Wisconsin’s Badger’s Windy City Invite (Feb. 10-11) and Carolina Challenge (Jan. 20-21), producing 53.63 and 54.01, respectively.

2021-22: Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor & Outdoor Champion ... named to the 2022 MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... named to the 2022 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.

2021 (Outdoor): Competed in nine meets … Finished 1st in the 4x100, clocking in at 46.87 at the Wendy’s Navy Seahawk Invitational (Mar. 12) … Posted a season-best 24.44 time in the 200 with a 6th place finish at the 2021 Aggie Classic Twilight (May 16) … Competed in the NCAA  Division 1 Track & Field Championships (Jun. 9-12). 

(2021-22 Track): Selected to the 2022 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team ... named to the 2021-22 MEAC Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.

(2020-21 Track): Selected to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... named to the 2021 MEAC Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.

(2020 XC): Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets … Started the season with a 1st place finish in the distance medley relay (12:58.91) at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invite (Dec. 7) … Posted a season-best in the 500, clocking in at 1:21.33 with an 8th place finish at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational (Jan. 4) … Competed at the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-29). 

2019 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets … Opened the season with a 1st place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.69) and a 2nd place finish in the 4x100 (48.87) at the Wendy’s Seahawk Invitational (Mar. 8-9) … Posted a season-best 2:43.57 mark in the 800 (31st) at the 2019 Fred Hardy Invitational (Mar. 29-30) … Finished 3rd in the 4x400 (3:54.08) at the Aggie Invitational (Apr. 12-13).

(2018-19 Track): Received 2019 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor All-Conference Third Team after winning bronze as a member of the women's distance medley relay squad, finishing with a season-best 12:11.82 mark.

(2018 XC): Did not compete.
