2019-20: Selected to the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Academic Honor Roll...named to the 2020 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team...appointed to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America Team...awarded CCSA Diver of the Week (Feb. 4)...recorded eight first and two second-place finishes for the season...won the 1-meter diving event (227.35) at VMI (Oct. 5)...placed first in the 1-meter diving event (253.40) at Mary Washington (Oct. 26)...earned first place in the 1-meter dive (244.80) at American (Nov. 1)...finished first in the 1-meter dive (248.53) at George Washington (Nov. 9)...placed second in the 1-meter dive event (202.65) and won the 3-meter dive (191.25) at UMBC (Jan. 4)...won the 1-meter dive (260.90) and 3-meter dive (207.05) at Catholic (Jan. 25)...gained a first-place victory in the 1-meter dive (250.50) and a second-place finish in the 3-meter dive at Siena (Feb. 2)...scored a NCAA qualifying mark for the second consecutive season with a score of 275.40 in the 1-meter dive at Marymount (Jan. 18). 

2018-19: Selected to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-American Team ... named to the 2019 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... became the first Bison in nearly a decade to qualify for the NCAA Diving Championships ... selected Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Diver of the Week three times (Oct. 17), Nov. 6, & Jan. 15) ... third-best score in program history at American (Oct. 12) with a 216.15 in the 3-meter dive ... tallied the fourth-best score in program history with a 266.55 in the 1-meter dive victory over George Washington (Nov. 10) ... won seven 1-meter dive events and a pair of 3-meter dives ... scored a NCAA qualifying mark of 269.55 (third-best in program history) in the 1-meter dive while recording a season-best (217.20) in the 3-meter dive at UMBC (Jan. 5).

2017-18: Selected Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Diver of the Week (Oct. 17).

Personal: Majoring in Sports Medicine and minoring in Biology … chose Howard because it’s home atmosphere and wanted to continue her athletic career at an HBCU … admires her mom because she’s a superhero
… hobbies include hiking, going to the beach, and hanging out with her family and friends … her goal is to attend law school after she finishes undergrad … if she could invite three people over for dinner, they would be: Beyonce; Jay Z and Blue Ivy … her favorite professional sports team is the Golden State Warriors … her favorite dishes are oatmeal and pizza … her favorite reality TV Shows are Wipeout and Say Yes to The Dress … her favorite musician is Beyonce … Christian LOVES Christmas time!
