2023 (Outdoor): Named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor All-Academic Team … two-time All-MEAC Second Team selection, earning silver in the 100-meter dash (10.37) and 200-meter dash (20.71), both personal best, at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … earned All-MEAC First Team honors after winning the 4x100 relay with a school record 40.00 at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … helped the 4x100-meter relay team ?nish ?rst (40.90) and was third in the 400-meter hurdles (57.42) at the Bison Classic (April 8) …
 
2022-23 (Indoor): Named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor All-Academic Team … ran a personal best (49.53) while ?nishing 11^th in the 400-meter dash at the MEAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 19-21) … was a member of the 4x400-meter relay team (3:30.37) that was third at the VCU Rams Indoor Invite (Jan. 8) … was third in the 300-meter dash (34.54) at the Ivy & HBCU Challenge (Dec. 3).

2021-22: Selected to the 2022 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team ... named to the 2021-22 MEAC Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.

2021 (Outdoor): Finished 11th in the 100 prelims (10.74) at the 2021 MEAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2020-21: Selected to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... named to the 2021 MEAC Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.

2019 (Outdoor): Opened the season at the Wendy’s Seahawk Invitational … Finished 6th in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2019 Fred Hardy Invitational (57.96) … Competed in the ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

2018-19 (Indoor): Finished 3rd in the 60 at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational (6.95) … Competed in the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
 
(2018 XC): Did not compete

High School: Member of the 2017 Georgia 5a State Champions … finished runner-up in the 2017 Georgia 5a State 110 Hurdles and 300 Hurdle.
