2021 (Outdoor): Competed in six meets … Finished in 1st place in the 800 (2:23.35) to start the season at the Wendy’s Navy Seahawk Invitational (Mar. 12) … Posted a season-best 4:58.57 mark in the 1500 (19th) at the Towson Invitational 2021 (Apr. 2-3) … Placed 8th in the 800 (2:28.06) at the MEAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 7-8).
2021 (XC): Competed in two events … Posted a season-best 20:20.7 mark in the 5K with a 14th place finish at the MEAC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29).

to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... named to the 2021 MEAC Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team.
2019-20 (Indoor): Competed in seven meets … Opened the season with a 1st place finish in the distance medley relay, clocking a time of 12:58.91 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invite (Dec. 7) … Finished 1st in the 800 (2:16.89) at the HBCU Battle (Jan. 10) … Placed 2nd in the 4x400 (3:45.07) at the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-29).
2019 (XC): Competed in four events … Finished in 7th place at the Howard University Labor Day Classic (Aug. 31), clocking in at 21:37.9 … Posted a 20:33.8 mark in the 5K (25th) at the MEAC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 26).
High School: Member of the National Honors Society … Earned All-American, All-State, and All-Catholic honors.
