2022-23 (Outdoor): MEAC Champion … Named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Outdoor All-Academic Team … Earned All-MEAC First Team honors after guiding the 4x100 relay squad to a first-place finish at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (May 9-11) … ran a personal best (11.78) in the 100-meter dash of the MEAC Outdoor Championships preliminaries … won the 100-meter dash at the Gallaudet Bison Classic (April 8) with a 12.00 time … won the 200-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy meet (April 22) with a 23.80 mark.
 
2022-23 (Indoor): MEAC and Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Champion ... named to the 2023 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor All-Academic Team ... earned All-MEAC Second Team honors after taking silver in the 60-meter dash at the MEAC Indoor Championship (Feb. 19-21) with a 7.54 time … took second in the 200-meter dash at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 20-21) with a 24.44 mark … finished third overall in the 200-meter dash (24.59) and at the VCU Invite (Jan. 8).

2021-22: Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Indoor & Outdoor Champion ... named to the 2022 MEAC Commissioner's All-Academic Team.

2020-21 (Outdoor): Selected to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... named to the 2021 MEAC Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic Team ... competed in two meets … opened the season with an 8th place finish in the 4x100 (46.55) at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 25-27).

2019-20 (Indoor): Competed in eight meets … Finished 2nd in the High Jump with a season-best 1.60m jump at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational (Jan. 4) … Clocked a time of 3:43.38 in the 4x400 with a 5th place finish at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 7-8) … Jumped 1.57m in the High Jump to finish in 7th  place at the MEAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 27-29).

Personal: Major in media management and a Business minor … chose Howard because it felt like home where she could grow as a person and excel on and off the track … her hobbies include reading, exploring, shopping, organizing/planning … admires her mother because of her selflessness and desire to always help others in need … her dinner party would include Beyoncé, Solange, and Three 6 Mafia … her favorite team is the New Orleans Saints … her celeb look alike is Willow Smith … her favorite reality show is Flavor of Love … her favorite artist is Beyoncé.
