2020-21: Selected to the 2021 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... season due to COVID-19.

2019-20: Selected to the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Academic Honor Roll...recorded one first, four second and three third-place finishes for the season...earned second in the 100-yard backstroke (1:04.93) and the 200-yard backstroke (2:27.67) at VMI (Oct. 5)...won the 50-yard backstroke (31.47) at UMBC (Jan. 4)...placed second in the 50-yard backstroke (33.35) and third in the 100-yard backstroke (1:12.98) at Chowan (Oct. 19)...finished third in the 200-yard freestyle (2:11.23) and second in the 100-yard backstroke (1:06.01) at Marymount (Jan. 18)...placed third in the 100-yard backstroke (1:05.04) at Siena (Feb. 2)...recorded the school's fifth-fastest time in the 100-yard backstroke (58.56) at the CCSA Championships. 

2018-19: Won a pair of races in the 200-yard backstroke ... registered a victory against Chowan (Oct. 20) with a 2:20.24 mark in the 200-yard backstroke ... recorded a win versus Catholic (Jan. 26) with a 2:18.70 time in the 200-yard backstroke ... had the eighth-best time in program history in the 100-yard backstroke (1:00.95) and fifth-best in the 200-yard backstroke (2:13.89) at the Coastal Collegiate Sports Association (CCSA) Championships (Feb. 20-23).

Personal: Outlaw arrives in D.C. from Hawthorne Christian Academy (Hawthorne, N.J.) where she is the team record holder in the 100-yard backstroke. Academically, she won 2017 State of New Jersey Department of Education Rising Scholars Award.
