(2019 XC): Selected to the 2019-20 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Commissioner's All-Academic Team ... named MEAC Male Cross Country Runner of the Week twice (Sept. 4 & Oct. 19) ...  earned All-MEAC honors ... competed in all four meets with three top 10 finishes ... won the 2019 Howard Labor Day Classic 5K, posting a 16:16.42 mark ... placed eight overall at the Eastern Shore Invite 8K, recording a 27:29.60 time ... won the 2019 DSU Alumni Run 8K, registering a 27:12.10 mark ... earned a 12th-place finish at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, posting a 26:55.46 time.

(2018 XC): Selected to the 2018 MEAC Cross Country All-Academic Team ...competed in four races … finished runner-up at the inaugural Howard Labor Day Classic 5K, posting a 16:30.49 mark … ran a season-best 28:00.00 at the James Madison Invitational … took 10^th overall at the Eastern Shore Invitational, recording a 28:35.80 time.

High School: Named First Team All-State, First Team All-Henlopen Conference and 2017 County Runner of The Year.

Personal: Major in Supply Chain Management … had a brother who attended Howard … chose Howard University because he wanted a first-class education and coaching … the people he most admires are his parents because they molded him into the man he is today … goal is to have at least a 3.0 at the end of every academic year … favorite food is fatback … if he could invite three people over for dinner, they would be: his grandparents … favorite professional sports team is the Manchester United … celebrity look alike is Nas … favorite music artist is Big Sean.
