WASHINGTON (February 21, 2025) - After a pair of wins at the James Brown Invitational (JBI), the Howard University women's bowling team looks to bounce back at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Meet No. 2. The two-day event (Feb. 22-23) takes place in Dover, Del., hosted by Delaware State University.

The Bison fought hard at the JBI (Feb. 14-16), earning victories over Bowie State.
 
Juniors Cameren Sullivan (Chicago) and Sydney Allison (Ypsilanti, Mich.) led the way with averages of 187.80 and 166.80, respectively, through five traditional games.
 
TOURNAMENT PREVIEW
 
Sullivan and second-year Bison Simone Ashford (Chicago) look to lead the way in the MEAC Meet No. 2.
 
HU set to play seven traditional matches against No. 23 Delaware State, Coppin State, No. 18 Maryland Eastern Shore, Morgan State, No. 10 North Carolina A&T State and No. 21 UAB.
 
Back in November, the Bison went 1-7 in league play.
