NORFOLK, Va. (November 3, 2025) – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) unveiled its football weekly awards where Howard University saw a pair of Bison acknowledged for their outstanding performance versus North Carolina Central (NCCU) Saturday (Nov. 1). The announcement came Monday afternoon.

Kedrick Green (Winston-Salem, N.C.) won MEAC Defensive Player of the Week while freshman punter
Liam Allen IV (Lake Mary, Fla.) took home the league's Specialist of the Week for the second time this season.
Green recorded a game-high 12 total tackles, including 10 solo stops, and added an interception against N.C. Central.
For Allen, he averaged 49.7 yards per punt on five attempts, including two punts over 50 yards and one inside the 20. He also recorded a career-long 68-yard punt against N.C. Central.
North Carolina Central wide receiver Chauncey Spikes was named the MEAC Offensive Player of the Week while fellow Eagle Trevon Humphrey took home Offensive Lineman of the Week. Morgan State's Raymond Moore III was selected as Rookie of the Week.
Howard travels to Orangeburg, S.C., to take on the South Carolina State Bulldogs Saturday (Nov. 8). The game kicks off at 1:30 p.m.
