BALTIMORE (November 20, 2025) – The Howard University men's and women's swimming & diving teams dive back into action this weekend (Nov. 21-23) at Loyola University Maryland for the annual H2ound Invitational.
Morning prelims begin at 10 a.m., followed by the evening finals at 6 p.m., inside Loyola's Fitness & Aquatic Center in Baltimore.

MEET PREVIEW
The Bison return to the pool on Greyhounds territory for one of the largest midseason invitationals of the year.
The competition will be held at Loyola's Fitness & Aquatic Center (4900 N Charles St, Baltimore, MD 21210).
Participating teams include: Howard; Loyola (Md.); Colgate University; Johns Hopkins University; Rider University; Mary Washington University (diving only) and the University of Scranton (diving only).
LAST TIMEOUT
On Nov. 14, both squads traveled to Emmitsburg, Md., to take on Mount St. Mary's University.
The women dominated the competition, winning 176–102 and collecting 10 victories across relays and individual races. Senior
Zuilda Nwaeze (Columbia, Md.) earned two major wins, taking first place in both the 200 Freestyle and 100 Freestyle.
The men's meet came down to the wire with Howard narrowly falling short by just one point, 138.5–139.5. Despite the loss, the Bison produced several event wins. Junior
Mason Green (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) led the way with victories in the 100 Freestyle and 50 Butterfly.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
On Dec. 3-6, the Bison will travel to Austin, Texas, to compete in the Toyota US Open with competition beginning daily at 10 a.m.
