Bowling Sits in Seventh Place After MEAC Meet No. 1

Bison struggle in Baker play

MILLSBORO, Del. (November 12, 2022) – Howard University women's bowling team sits in seventh place after the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Meet No. 1.
 
HU struggled in Baker play, going 1-7 in the two-day tournament.
 
Howard went winless in Day One, but was able to grab a victory against Coppin State, 930-854, the following day.
 
After eight league matches, No. 7 North Carolina A&T State sits atop of the standings with a perfect 8-0 mark. No. 14 Maryland Eastern Shore and No. 12 Delaware State are tied for second, posting a 6-2 MEAC record.
 
MEAC Meet No. 2 is scheduled for Feb. 18-19 in Greensboro, N.C., hosted by the Aggies.
 
On Nov. 19-20, Howard wraps up the fall at the CSU Lady Eagles Invitational, hosted by Coppin State.
