COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Effective Jan. 15, in compliance with the District of Columbia's VaxDC policy, guests will be required to show proof of vaccination to enter Raymond A. DuFour Center for any and all indoor events, including basketball games and swimming meets.
Guests 12 years of age and older, as well as Catholic University students,
MUST HAVE AND SHOW proof of receiving at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by Jan. 15 to enter. For those taking a two-dose vaccine, Pfizer or Moderna, proof of a second dose will be required for entry beginning Feb. 15.
Unvaccinated spectators who are medically exempt or unable to take the vaccine out of a sincerely held religious belief,
MUST HAVE AND SHOW documentation of medical or religious exemptions from their primary care physician, parish or employer
AND provide proof a negative PCR or antigen test within the last 24 hours. Personal statements seeking exemption will not be accepted.
Anyone not adhering to these guidelines will be
DENIED entry.
In addition, everyone
MUST wear a mask
AT ALL TIMES while inside the DuFour Center, regardless of vaccination status. This excludes student-athletes actively participating in their sport.

HOWARD
On the men's side, HU has a 4-1 overall mark, winning four straight dual meets.
Junior
Miles Simon (Atlanta) leads the NEC in a pair of categories: 50 Free (19.95) and 100 Back (49.05). Fellow classmate
Luke-Kennedy Thompson (Nassau, Bahamas) tops the conference in the 500 Free (4:31.66).
Newcomer
Brenton Cooper (Baton Rouge, La.) ranks first in the 50 Fly (22.29).
On the women's side, they grabbed their first-ever win as a member of the Northeast Conference (NEC).
Sophomore
Isabella Fountain (White Plains, N.Y.) sits top 5 in the 50 Free (23.90) and 100 Free (52.59). Third-year Bison
Ileana Bocage (Port-of-Spain, Trinidad & Tobago) ranks fifth in the 50 Breast (31.03).
CATHOLIC
For the men, they are 3-3 overall, but dropped its last two dual meets.
Ellis Prescott leads the Cardinals, topping the Landmark Conference in three categories: 500 Free (4:47.26); 1000 Free (10:09.67) and 1650 Free (16:50.04).
On the women's side, they sit 2-4 after losing their last two dual meets.
Ava Snyder leads the league in two categories: 1000 Free (11:07.72) and 1650 Free (18:15.67).
LAST TIMEOUT
Both squads picked up wins over NEC foe Mount St. Mary's Saturday (Jan. 22).
Simon was part of two relay victories. In the 200 Free Relay, he produced a 20.82 mark in the first leg, which landed him seventh all-time in the school's 50 Free record book. For the 200-medley relay, he swam the first backstroke leg in 23.82 seconds.
Individually, he won the 200 IM with a mark of 1:57.68, which sits seventh in program history.
On the women's side, second-year Bison
Alana Josey (York, Pa.) secured wins in the 100 Fly (1:01.47) and 1000 Free (11:01.76). For her efforts in the 1000 Free, she ranks third all-time in program history.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
On Feb. 22-26, Howard travels to Geneva, Ohio for the NEC Championships.
