WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.howard-bison.com) – During the Tuesday, Oct. 2 contest between Howard and UMBC, HU's Talmon Smith scored the only goal for the Bison in Baltimore, Md.
Smith attained his goal at the 36:52 mark after UMBC scored two goals.
Eric Moore served as HU's goalkeeper where he notched seven saves.
The Bison went for five shots and two corner kicks.
UMBC went for 17 shots, 10 shots on goals and three goals.
HU returns to action on Sunday, Oct. 7 on Greene Stadium to host Washington Adventist at 3:00 p.m. in Washington, D.C.
