ORANGEBURG, S.C. - The women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to South Carolina State in its second conference match of the season. With the loss, the Lady Bison drop to 4-7 overall, including a 1-1 mark in the Great West Conference.

Howard managed just one shot on goal the entire evening. Cheyra Bell made two saves on the day.

The Bulldogs (7-5-1, 1-0 GWC) finished with 12 shots, including five on goal.

The Lady Bison are back in action on Oct. 15 at Deleware St. beginning at 7 p.m.
